Planned capability
This page describes a proposed management contract, not a setup procedure. Current request behavior is documented in the Gateway API reference.
Proposed management interface
A future management API would expose supported budget, access-rule, rate-limit, key and template operations. Authentication, authorization, endpoint names and response schemas would need a published implementation contract.
Management authentication would be separate from the personal cct_ serving token. No management-key creation procedure or proposed endpoint on this page is a supported request interface.
Proposed scope and changes
A future budget resource would identify its scope, amount, window, response, conditions and enabled state. It would need to define read/write authority, effective time, idempotency and conflict handling before automation could safely use it.
Terraform support would require a released provider and resource contract. Use the Gateway API reference for the current serving API.
