Human and agentic workforce

Teams and workforce views show where approved AI surfaces are being used, who is active, and where adoption or capture needs attention.

What Teams shows

  • Adoption: Members with captured activity in the selected window.
  • Activity: Sessions and work linked to the team.
  • Estimated spend: Captured model cost for the same scope.
  • Recency: When Cortex last captured activity for the team.
  • Trend: How activity or spend changed across the window.

How attribution works

1
For endpoint capture, Cortex Defender associates activity with the signed-in user.
2
For centralized capture, Cortex Gateway associates activity through the personal capture token.
3
The resolved user's primary team supplies team-level reporting context.
4
Your visibility determines which users and teams appear.

A shared device follows the identity signed in to Cortex Defender. A shared Gateway credential follows the personal capture token attached to the request. Work without a resolved identity remains unattributed until the capture path is corrected.
