Choose the right access
An admin configures workplace connections in Organization → Apps. These are organization-wide connections. Grant source access only to content appropriate for everyone in your Cortex organization. Source permissions determine what a connector can read; Cortex roles and visibility are separate settings.
For AI tools captured by Cortex Defender, use the supported AI tools catalog. To manage credentials, test connection health, or revoke access, see Workplace connections.
